- I completely forgot about comp.lang.c, and posted my original announcement
- only to comp.lang.c.moderated and comp.std.c.

- I have been developing a printf() replacement, which may become a proposal
- for the C committee. (In fact, there's a cover sheet for a proposal in
- place, and the implementation is mostly running now.) I'm looking for
- beta testers, commentary, or feedback on this "improved printf". The
- primary change is the ability for the user to register conversion handlers,
- so that user defined types can be handled with printf.
